Events On A Dime, is owned and operated by Ligaya Bishop. EOD opened it's doors officially in 2010. Ligaya is a Certified Event Planner, working side by side with her mother growing up planning weddings as well as decorating for events she has had years of experience in this field. She enjoys seeing the look or her clients face once they see the final product.
